How long do the Brownies last?

All Brownies are baked the day before they are packed.
They have a 10 day shelf life from despatch.

Can I freeze Brownies?

You can!
Place them in a tupperware container, and they will freeze for up to three months.
When you are ready to eat them, pull them out of the freezer and leave at room temperature for a few hours to allow them to fully defrost.

Can I swap flavours in a Brownie (or other treat) box?

Unfortunately no!
To cater to everyone’s swap requests would be very time consuming and would lead to price increases.

I have a question about my order, how do I get in touch?

The best thing to is to reply to your confirmation email, so that we can easily find your order details.

My delivery was expected today, but I did not see my DPD driver

You can track your order via DPD’s website. We recommend downloading the DPD app.

Fewer than 1% of parcels are not delivered, and this is usually due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for this – however if you contact DPD directly they will be able to assist you.

Allergen information

Products containing allergens will be marked with:

N = Contains Nuts, GFI = Gluten Free Ingredients.

Please note that our kitchen handles gluten, peanuts, hazelnuts, and almonds. Full ingredient information can be found in the product image gallery.


How do subscriptions work?

When placing your first subscription order you will be invited to select your delivery frequency.

Recurring orders will be automatically placed using your stored billing details at the frequency that you have selected.

For example, if you placed your first order on 25th May with a frequency of two months your next order will be automatically placed on 25th July.

Flavours and subscriptions

Our sweet treats menu changes regularly, so with one of our subscriptions you are guaranteed to get some different flavours every month.

If you choose Nut Free, Brownies Only or Blondies Only, flavours in future deliveries will still vary seasonally but they will always stay within your selection.

How do I amend, pause or cancel my subscription?

After creating your subscription you will receive an email will a link to manage your subscription. You can also manage your subscription via your account page on our website.

On the subscription page you can pause, cancel, change frequency or recurring order date, add additional products, and even add one-off items to your next recurring order!

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?

Yes, of course!

Make sure that the billing details are for yourself and the shipping details are for the intended recipient.
