·      Apple Crumble Brookie - Gold chocolate chip and cinnamon cookie dough. Stuffed with apple sauce and a piece of apple tarte tatin blondie. Finished with crumble and a dusting of icing sugar.

·      Salted Caramel Pretzel Brookie - Milk chocolate and salted pretzel cookie dough. Stuffed with salted dulce de leche and a piece of pretzel brownie. Topped with a milk chocolate drizzle and pretzels.

·      Carrot Cake Brookie (N-Walnut) - Carrot, walnut, cinnamon and sultana cookie dough. Stuffed with carrot cake blondie. Finished with a cinnamon spiced white chocolate drizzle.
