Four thick cookies filled with chunks of Good Day Brownie.

For the month of January all goodies have been Front of House inventions, brought to life by our Bakers!

Bakers’ interpretation of Front of House inventions for new creations!

The JANUARY Box contains

·       Crème Brulé – Designed by Beth M - White chocolate chips cookie stuffed with blondie and caramelised white chocolate spread, finished with Brule demerara sugar.

·      Yuzu and White Chocolate – Designed by Beth H - Lemon and orange flavoured white chocolate chips cookie. Stuffed with lemon and yuzu white chocolate blondie and citrus and yuzu curd, finished with white a chocolate drizzle. 

·      Maple and Bacon - Designed by Nix - Maple syrup, candied bacon and gold chocolate chips cookie, stuffed with blondie and salted caramel. Finished with a bacon frazzle.

·      Fruit and Nut- (N- Hazelnuts, Almonds)- Designed by Kristi - Hazelnuts, almonds, sultanas and dried cranberries cookie dough, stuffed with brownie and strawberry jam, finished with milk chocolate drizzle and a sprinkle of fruits and nuts
