THE AUGUST MIXED SIX BOX  

 

·      Caramel Eton Mess Brownie (GFI) -  Brownie with mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips, topped with swirls of dulce de leche and marshmallow fluff. Finished with pieces of meringue and rolos.

·      Neapolitan Brownie (GFI) - Classic brownie topped with a layer of vanilla mascarpone mousse and a layer of strawberry mascarpone mousse.

·      Cherry Millionaire Brownie - Shortbread base topped with cherry jam, a layer of brownie with soured cherries, and frozen cherries pushed in. Topped with a layer of blondie finished with swirls of pink coloured white chocolate spread.

·      Malteser Oreo Cheesecake Blondie - Oreo base layered with an Ovaltine blondie with Maltesers pushed in. Topped with cheesecake and pieces of Oreo.

·      Lime and Coconut Tart Blondie (N-Almonds) - Coconut shortbread base topped with lime jam then a layer of lime blondie mixed with desiccated coconut. Finished with coconut frangipane and lime curd feathered on top.

·      Biscoff Mousse Blondie -  Lotus Biscoff biscuit base topped with a white chocolate chip blondie, a layer of Biscoff mousse and Biscoff crumb.
